We coordinate all trades in the correct sequence — demolition first, then rough electrical and plumbing, framing modifications, drywall, paint, then cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, trim, and fixtures. Every step requires the previous step to be complete and inspected before proceeding.
Material selections drive both the cost and timeline of a kitchen remodel. Custom cabinets can take 8 to 16 weeks from order to delivery. Countertops need templating after cabinets are installed. We build these lead times into your project schedule and order materials early to keep the project on track.
Our proposals include allowances for selections you have not finalized yet, clearly stating the allowance amount and what happens if your selections come in over or under that number. Our standard flooring allowance is $14 per square foot. No surprises, no hidden costs.
